About me
About me
Hi! I'm Rachel Quinn.
I am a lifelong learner passionate about creating engaging solutions to support learners in achieving performance goals. With my background in education, I bring a broad set of skills to the table. I have years of experience in educational roles, from corporate trainer to classroom teacher, customizing meaningful learning experiences.
My enthusiasm for education began when I started substitute teaching. I wanted to play a more powerful influence on the learners, so I went back to school to earn a Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.). While attending graduate school, I worked full-time as a corporate trainer and classroom facilitator. It was exciting to experiment and reflect on the different practices and theories with my adult learners. I always applied best practices from beginning to end with my learner-centered experiences.
After graduating, I worked as an educator at multiple levels and taught a variety of courses for diverse audiences. My innovative learning solutions displayed positive outcomes. Not only did I create effective learning solutions, but I also designed and developed a cohesive curriculum for a variety of courses. When the pandemic hit, I quickly pivoted from blended learning to online learning. My love for eLearning grew stronger as I started designing and developing impactful experiences for my learners.
My proven track record is rooted in my creative problem-solving skills. My curious nature explores downfalls to help build bridges in knowledge gaps, and I enjoy developing meaningful learning solutions to help strengthen skills and abilities. My goal is to empower the learners by making engaging and effective learning experiences.
I currently live in Washington with my wonderful husband and two fluffy cats. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, and watching football.
